What will TTN provide?
- A steady source of referrals, from insurers, solicitors and industry,
ensuring easy payment for work provided and an excellent way to increase
your client load.
- Exclusive membership to TTN within a reasonable geographical
area.
- Standardised assessment forms and protocols to keep your paperwork
to a minimum and to help you to negotiate further sessions if
required.
- TTN like psychologists to use psychometric tests - e.g. Beck’s
Depression Inventory - as well as providing a clinical assessment (although
this is not compulsory). This will allow other people involved in
the treatment acquisition process to have a greater understanding of why
a patient might require further sessions. Although TTN does not provide
these psychometric tools, the individual Psychologists can use this
process to audit their own work, which they may be able to use to fulfil
the Research and Evaluation section of the BPS’s requirements for
CPD.
