What our members think of TTN
TTN regularly ask our members for feedback on every aspect of the rehab process. In response to a recent survey, 90% of our members rated our communication between all the relevant parties as very good or excellent. Here are some of the written comments we have received from our members:-
- We work with several different managed care providers. I would say that
TTN are the most efficient, that the assessment forms are the best thought
out and do not ask irrelevant or repetitive questions.
