They will manage the rehab process from beginning to end, ensuring minimal intervention is required from your claims handlers.

Our Rehab Managers are fully trained in all aspects of the medical and insurance environments, giving them knowledge of everything from the mechanism of injury to what affects the cost of a claim. This enables them to seamlessly bridge the gap between practitioner and insurer.

Our Medical Director, Dr Jonathan Cook, himself an expert in the treatment of soft tissue injuries, ensures our Rehab Managers are trained to monitor a claimant’s progress throughout the course of rehab to ensure that the rehab is effective and improvement is being made. This is demonstrated (as shown above) in our initial assessment, review assessment and final assessment reports, with clear objective measurements showing the impact of treatment. The Rehab Manager is in continual contact with the practitioner to ensure that the treatment is effective and that the patient continues to progress, thus ensuring that only cost-effective rehab is provided.
